1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of POLYBOT (the "Service"), an execution-automation tool for the Bitcoin 5-minute market on Polymarket. By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is (and is not)
POLYBOT automates the execution of orders on your behalf according to the configuration you choose. It is a software tool only. POLYBOT does not custody your funds — your funds remain in your own Polymarket account — and POLYBOT is not a broker, exchange, fund, investment adviser, or financial institution. POLYBOT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use prediction markets and the underlying platforms in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.
4. Accounts and credentials
To operate in real mode, you provide credentials that allow the Service to place orders from your Polymarket account. Credentials are encrypted (AES-256) and used only to execute your orders. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You may revoke access at any time.
5. Plans, trial and billing
The Service is offered in plans (Starter, Pro, Max). New users receive a limited free trial (a fixed number of trades); you are billed only after the trial, according to the plan you select. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew for the stated period unless cancelled. Because the Service is digital and access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
6. No financial advice
Nothing provided by the Service — including presets, risk profiles, signals, statistics, or AI-generated analysis — constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice. You make your own decisions and configure the Service at your own discretion and risk.
7. Risk acknowledgement
Trading prediction markets involves substantial risk, including the total loss of your invested capital. Past, simulated, or illustrative results do not guarantee future returns. See our Risk Notice. You accept these risks when you use the Service.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering or interfering with it, attempting unauthorized access, using it for unlawful activity, or circumventing usage limits and plan gating.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific results, or that orders will execute at any particular price or time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLYBOT and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, or losses arising from downtime, latency, third-party platforms, or your configuration.
10. Termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
