2. Data we collect
Account data: your email address and authentication details.
Wallet data: your public Polymarket address and, if you enable real mode, trading credentials, stored encrypted (AES-256) and used only to execute your orders.
Usage data: your bot configuration, trade and decision history, and basic technical logs needed to operate and debug the Service.
Payment data: on-chain payment information needed to confirm your subscription. We do not store full card details.
3. How we use data
To provide and operate the Service (execute and track your orders), manage your plan and billing, secure accounts, provide support, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
We rely on third parties to deliver the Service, which may process limited data on our behalf: the underlying trading platform (Polymarket) and blockchain networks (Polygon, Ethereum, Solana) for execution and payments; a wallet/payments provider; an email delivery provider; and optional product analytics. Each processes data only as needed for its function.
5. Security
Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Your rights
